Mattress Firm Anderson Lane

I had a very good experience at the Anderson Lane Mattress Firm store. My sleep expert was Andres Redondo who was so helpful and knowledgeable and who went out of his way to educate me about mattresses and sleep. I purchased our mattress and box springs from him. I also spoke with Trey, who was very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this store and employees wholeheartedly.

COULDN'T HAVE BEEN WORSE!! PURE TRAUMA BEDDING/SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! BUYER BEWARE OFTHIS SHADY OUTFIT IS MY SUGGESTION FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Recent update: Filed with the FTC and Attorney General for Fraud/Theft Update: the owner of the austin store boasts lies of being "Transparent" about me Not letting them know of my "Dissatisfaction" for a year(what part of the numerous reviews stating how I Hated the mattress and telling Gene in Austin immediately isn't Clear??) and his Lie that the warranty was up after 30 days but he'd make an "Exception" but they don't sell boxsprings/foundations and he said they wouldnt help?? HUH?? As long as the owner is being "Transparent w/Falsehoods, here is another Truth: I have a "Hush money 650. Credit Bribe they wanted me to sign to Not disclose information or tell anyone about the "Bribe" which my attorney and I immediately rejected and their escalations dept kept hounding my signature. Why did they want me to sign a complex legal agreement, also, with thrests not to Sue, if they didn't do anything wrong? And why did Gene when I called him yet again as to why he Never returned my calls offering me a refund(as stated in their so-called you must "Love it for 365 days??) or at least some assistance and sell me the box spring I wanted. He had No answers. Why the owner lied to the BBB(Yeah, only after I reported them) saying they reached out to me to help is Another white lie. Bless them. God: I pray that Mattress Firm is willing to have a little bit of Integrity and Honesty. I know God, you did not Condone the "Thievery" that took place nor their "Coverup countless lies. I Pray for them. I went into the Mattress firm location in Austin off Anderson lane/Mopac to purchase “Replacement Box spring/Pillowtop mattress/steel frame” that had just been burned in an apartment fire at my complex. I brought in pictures of the burned mattress to show the salesman what I was looking for. I specifically explained that I did not care about the fancy adjustable frames, ie...that I was just looking to purchase comfortable bedding to replace what had been lost/damaged in the fire. Gene told me that I did not need a box spring/foundation, ie...that those did not add Any comfort/support to the mattress and just recommended an adjustable frame(I explained again that I did not need or want that) and a mattress. I tried out many mattresses and went with his suggestion as he told me he had been in the business for years. I had to replace All my belongings, so he ordered the mattress which felt too hard after trying Many-but he said don't worry it will settle in and that they would take care of it till I was happy with the purchase...so I Trusted him. After one night, the Mattress was simply HORRIBLE/I HATED IT...I called the branch and told the salesman/Gene he told me to give it 30 days to “Settle in”. I agreed and did not have time to deal with that as I had a Whole apt to replace that had been burned in the fire and needed to keep moving and dealing with insurance, finding housing, food, clothing, ie. The only items I was able to save were some Jewelry in a black bag that my brother was able to recover after the Fire dept allowed him in that was in a Fire-proof/steel safety box/enclosure. One of the chains(a Nine Thousand Dollar 14 kt Solid Yellow gold rope chain-24” w/Box clasp and 14 kt attached Guitar pendant/pic attached) was taken by the Mattress firm installers during the install on Feb 25th 2024 during the install of the 2nd Mattress I purchase to replace the first one I HATED. I had to Plead with the salesman after Only 30 days to sell me a Replace(I ended up paying an additional 433.00 on top of the original 1449.00 for the original mattress. He told me the warranty had Expired!!?! Bear in mind this was just roughly 30 days after the First mattress and again I confirmed with the salesman Before I made Any purchase that if I decided to add the box spring or get something I was Happy with-could I...and he told me-Of course...which was simply not the case. I Reported the Stolen chain

This is the kind of store that reminds you why shopping in person makes a difference. Steven was so helpful helping us pick the right bed and was very kind to our small kids shopping with us. We got great service, and a great deal (Memorial Day sales for the win!) and will definitely go back for any of our mattress needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish - Tre took great care of us, listened to our concerns, budget, and preferences, and wasn’t pushy to make a sale. He waited patiently while we explored other brands and was ready when we were. We are very happy with our new bed!

Michele was a pleasure to work with with my original mattress selection and helping me with the return process and selection of a different mattress. Very courteous and professional! Your delivery team also was excellent. I had an overall excellent buying experience!
