Orlando was amazing! He explained the mattresses like he had his own tv show and was really trying to help me verses just making a sale. I left feeling like I had made the right choice. Looking forward to receiving my bed.

Charles has a plethora of knowledge and shows great care in his work and recommendation towards me, and I would assume all his customers. I can’t recommend buying a bed from anyone else other than him. I’m in love with my memory foam mattress, great pick!

Daniel was a wealth of knowledge which allowed my husband and I to make the best choice of mattress to fit our needs. He waited patiently as we went back and forth on a decision. My son was getting a little restless since his tablet died but Daniel made sure that he was entertained by playing catch with him. The entire check out process was seamless.

I recently had a fire at my apt complex and basically I am rebuilding....so as I was going around trying to rebuild I happen to stop by Mattress Firm by the Domain and met a really nice gentleman name Charles who I had a really pleasant conversation with and was very understanding of my plight and helped me get a new bed. He also helped me out with the cost since I am strapped for cash because of the fire. I greatly appreciate his understanding and empathy and his assistance on helping me getting my life restarted again.
