I dont have enough words to describe how wonderful my wife and mine experience was at Mattress Firm in Anderson. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Elias with a smile and a genuine desire to make sure we found the right mattress without being overbearing or disingenuous. He was beyond kind,personable and respectful as we tried multiple products in the store. As much as we needed a new mattress,it was his ability to connect with us human beings and not just customers that made it one of the best purchasing experiences we ever had.Thank you Elias and Mattress Firm.

Eli was an amazing salesman. He was so knowledgeable and was not pushy & so easy to work with. He listened & helped us come up with the best solution for our best night sleep 😴🙌🏻🛌! My husband is a stomach sleeper & I’m a side and back sleeper. We wanted something firm so we went with Beauty rest Black in firm and also got the beauty rest pillows, Mattress cover, and the sleepy sheet set that went to a king along with the pro smart base! Michelle was very nice and very helpful. She went above and beyond assisting me with with the different types of mattresses and helped me to make a wise and money saving decision with with a great quality mattresses that will be delivered when I requested. It was busy but we bought two mattresses however haven't received them yet so can't tell you. I went back to see how long it would be and the person at the Clemson blvd store was grumpy. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. If the mattresses are there. Wed like to pick them up tomorrow they were going to deliver themSaturday if they were in today. One was supposed to be in house when we bought them. The nice lady who sold them to us, Michelle, I m not sure she works there anymore.

Zane the salesman was great. My wife visited and came took me immediately back to store and finalized a purchase of the Twin xl with twin bases and bedding all with insurance. We look forward to experiencing good sleep once again.
