Mattress Firm Simpsonville

I was here to see Patrick because of his knowledge and compassion to help the custom. 5 stars goes to Nikki, she knew nothing of my situation. Patrick was busy with a customer and Nikki jumped in, no hesitation knowing this was someone else's sale. She took time and extra efforts to get my order taken care of and even stayed longer just to make sure. That to me, is the best value an employee can give. Thank You

Adam with Mattress Firm in Simpsonville was incredibly patient while my girlfriend and I tested the different options and discussed the pros and cons and financials. He was also very informative as to the differences between generations of the same product lines, and the different manufacturers, and helped us explore all our options. 10/10 would recommend him as a salesman.

I had a wonderful experience today with Adam helping me along the entire time. I sampled a bunch of mattresses and Purple brand seemed to be what i really liked. I was looking for something that had a good warranty and this brand had a 10 year warranty and a 4 month trial period. I also picked an adjustable base that had a bunch of extras such as full body massage, bluetooth to play music through speakers, a feature to make your bed shake during movies that have lots of action and typical 0 gravity, raise head and feet and 0 gravity. They also have 6 year 0 interest going on.

Dan was very helpful. He explained about the different mattresses we were looking at without trying to push us into a certain one. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. This is the second mattress we have purchased from this store. We’ll be back to buy one for our bedroom. It’s been 9 yrs since we got our last one and it’s holding up great.

Kendra was the best! She is very knowledgeable about what makes for a good nights sleep. She helped answer all of our questions and lead us to our perfect mattress!
