Mattress Firm Haywood Road North

Thanks so much to Nikki for the wonderful customer service she gave me today at their Haywood Road store. I was in need of an adjustable bed quickly. She explained all the different types of bedding offered to help me make the best selection for my families needs. Her along with the manager were friendly and customer focused. It was not all about a sale. They met my need first.

My husband and I recently purchased a mattress and low box spring from Mattress Firm on Haywood Rd. It was an excellent experience. The shop was comfortable, in store selection was very good and the lighting was on point. Kendra was a champ juggling customers and keeping us all involved with information and trying the various mattresses! She was knowledgeable about sleep cycles and various bedding choices. We compared several and finally made our choice. The delivery was handled very well and the crew was careful about walls, floors and such for both the new delivery and the removal of our old bedding. We will definitely recommend this store, Kendra and the delivery crew. Thank you all!

Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He helped me find the right mattress and set up delivery with old mattress removal. The sheets and pillows are a bit pricey, but I used a promotional offer to bring the price of two pillows down. It was a great experience… for having to purchase a new mattress.

Kendrick took very good care of me. I came in. I told her what I was looking for and my price range and she simply made it happen. It was very easy transaction highly recommend Mattress FIrm.
