I had the most amazing experience when I visited Mattress Firm in Gilbert. I was greeted by Jesse one of the salesmen. He took time to answer all my questions about my the type of mattress I was looking for and explained in great detail all the features of the mattress and adjustable base. As a result I ended up purchasing both items when I was initially on a fact finding mission. Jesse went over and above to ensure I understood all the features of both items as well as warranty options. I was not expecting this kind of service, however, I’m very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend this store if you’re looking for a positive honest experience when buying a mattress or adjustable base. Andrew another salesman was also hey.

Fast efficient, and friendly! With the Memorial Day sale going on, he gave suggestions on what would work out best for my son! He did a great job! He went over the closing forms with me, and tell me about when the driver will show up with the mattress the next day. Explain they’ll give you a 30 minute call before getting there.

I thought Andrew did a good job explaining the mattresses I was interested in. I was not pressured and I did buy on first visit. I had done my due diligence with online comparisons, and believe the brick and mortar stores deserve more business. The mattress has not arrived, but the 120 night sleep guarantee will make me rest easy (pun intended) in case I chose poorly.

Layout was great, easy to see matters options. The sales guy, Michael, was great! Polite, accommodating, patient, willing to pull out many different mattresses for me to test, and he was also very knowledgeable and taught a lot about why I would benefit from a mattress that I hadn’t considered due to my lower back issues. I thought that a large franchise store like Mattress Firm would be a joke with pushy sales people, but I was 100% wrong. I had never been in before, but would say to anybody that is skeptical about them being a large franchise that they should not be skeptical. They had a huge sale as well which benefited me quite a bit on the purchase price. I’ve yet to sleep on the mattress, but will update this review once I sleep on it. Overall, very impressed!
