Barry helped us select a mattress and he was outstanding! He was so knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and he had solid insight on the best features of each of them. He also helped us decide based on the best value for the price. He was so pleasant and I would highly recommend him to anyone that will be purchasing a new mattress.

Buying a mattress can usually feel like a high-pressure sales mission, but the staff here—specifically Raj and Nicole—made the whole process incredibly smooth. They are true "Sleep Experts" who actually listen to how you sleep rather than just pushing the most expensive model. ​The showroom is clean and spacious, allowing you to test out everything from Tempur-Pedic to Purple without feeling rushed. I also appreciated their 120-night sleep trial, which gave me a lot of peace of mind with such a big purchase. If you’re in the Glendale area and need a better night's sleep, this is definitely the location to visit!

My husband and I were looking for a new bed for my dad who's 89 years old. We went to the Arrowhead Ranch location and met with Barry who was the salesman. Barry was amazing and extremely knowledgeable with the Mattress Firm products...he was also hilarious! This had to be the best, no stress purchase we've ever made anywhere! Talk about customer service. If you want the same service and experience ask for Barry. If he’s not there then wait for him to be there. He is the entire reason we chose to purchase a new mattress from this location. He educated us and helped us make the best decision for our specific needs.
