I bought two purple pillow here and I received two pillows that had an extremely strong odor and were excessively dusty. I left them in a well-ventilated area for seven days, but the smell did not go away. When I shook them, dust fell off heavily—completely unacceptable for a new product. I contacted multiple customer service representatives and was told I couldn’t return them because the item was sold by Mattress Firm. At the same time, no one is willing to take responsibility for the condition of the product delivered. The product I received is clearly not the same as what I tried or expected. If this is the actual product being shipped, it probably should not be sold through Mattress Firm at all. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and has seriously reduced my trust in the brand.

As we walked into the store, we were immediately met by Antonio. We have a special-needs daughter, and he listened intently to what our needs were for her and took us to two mattresses that fit her perfectly. He was well-versed on mattresses springs height. Everything we needed to know we were educated by him. He did a great job. It didn’t take us long to make a decision because of the information we received from Antonio. Buying a bed is like Goldie locks. Its really hard to sit or lay on a bed for a few min and say this is the one. I probably looked at 60% of stock and asked questions about each one. I went in a few days ago and was helped by Antonio, went price shopping at a few other stores. Went back today and Brandon was the one who helped me today. Both were knowledgeable about each bed. Extremely patient with all my questions. Fast checkout after you decide which one to get and many options for delivery dates. Thanks guys!

Antonio helped us find the perfect bed and was very knowledgeable. Didn’t rush us through the experience, and let us try out several beds. He was able to get us a great deal. Would recommend over other bed purchasing methods as you get to try out the mattress first. Very pleased with the customer service, and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed and adjustable frame.
