Mattress Firm Biscayne

The worst experience ever. The salesperson was very attentive when selling us the mattress — which was extremely expensive and terrible — but then washed his hands of the situation. In the end, they’ll say anything just to make a sale. We’re still dealing with them… My God, I would never recommend this store to anyone. The matress was a huge disappointment- it is all saggy in less than 3 weeks. Kingsdown Crown Imperial 16”. The worst ever!

I ordered a mattress but did not like the way it felt. So, I ordered it to be replaced with a different kind and received a mattress that was clearly used, sunken in and worn along the edges and uneven all across the surface. It was both visible and felt when sitting and lying on it. The sales associate gave me the runaround when I mentioned this and eventually stopped answering my calls and responding to messages, both in email and voicemail form. He even told me this was probably due to my box spring, which was a bogus response. I had to contact another Mattress Firm store to have the situation reported to the district manager as I could not make contact with anyone, which is when I finally received a call from Jesus, the store manager. He immediately rectified the situation and had the defective mattress replaced with a new one, which was all I had requested in the first place. The difference between the two mattresses is night and day, which further proved my point that what I’d originally received was a used mattress. I’m glad this was eventually resolved, but the situation was unnecessary and could have been avoided had the sales associate done what he was supposed to do. I will not mention his name to throw him under the bus, but I definitely will not be purchasing from Mattress Firm again, especially this location. I paid a $250 fee to replace the first mattress I ordered, which is crazy in itself. So, to give me a hard time when I’m spending hundreds of dollars on a mattress on top of this fee was insane to me, when all I simply asked was to give me what I paid for.

After spending over $5,000 I was delivered a torn and stained mattress. After multiple calls and going to the store, nothing has been done. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and the products they are delivering.

😡😡😡First time buying in mattress firm. I highly don't recommend them as a veteran, and a law enforcer. Please stay away after 3 years my mattress starting sagging in the middle and they denied my claim, I sent pictures of two inch sagging and they said thats normal....I been having back pain for the last week, but its normal wear? Please stay away please take my warning. Please do. I hardly write stuff like this and they gave me a case number Mattress Firm | Case 04807838 denied..... they have a good sell pitch and treat you good when you are in the store cool and deals....but when you file for a claim I even bought that mattress cover. Mattress is new but sagging they will not stand behind their warranty....like what do I got to lie about? Why would I even write this if its not true my back hurts for weeks aka firm turns to sagging and it messed up my back. You have been warn. Don't trust their warranty, if no warranty why pay so much. I uploaded pictures please don't fall for these bought reviews. Even in the picture you can see the middle mattress sagging. Also my mattress support is good and legs. This is the newer mattress also don't need box spring. I just don't want Noone to be in my position to buy another expensive mattress after 3 years I check reddit and Google and there a bunch of people, having the same issue. Warranty is manufactured? Or you? Because mattress firm denied my claim not the manufactured and if so, which wasn't the case, these products are sold in your store, take responsibility and protect your customers. After you buy it, forget it after the trial you are on your own.

I had an amazing experience with Mattress Firm. Rafael and Jesus overly exceeded my expectations and I am very excited to receive my new tempurpedic!! The process was extremely simple too with financing at zero percent interest. Over all very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend!
