My husband and I visited Mattress Firm in Maple Grove to purchase a mattress, and since this was our first time shopping for something like this, we really appreciated having such a positive experience. Bryan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He provided excellent customer service, had great product knowledge, and was very personable and supportive while helping us find exactly what we needed. He made the experience feel easy and stress-free, and we never felt pressured. We truly appreciated his patience and professionalism and would definitely recommend working with him!
View on GoogleCharlotte was absolutely wonderful! I was greeted warmly without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. After sharing what I was looking for and my price range, she showed me several options in the low, middle, and high ranges. She explained everything thoroughly — clearly outlining the pros and cons of each choice. The financing process was smooth and seamless as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and knowledge!
View on GoogleBryan couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He took the time to explain every feature - what we needed vs what wasn’t necessary given our needs. He was attentive but not pushy. We had a great experience buying our first Tempur-Pedic bed with adjustable bases! Highly recommend this store and working with Bryan specifically.
View on GoogleDon't let them talk you into a sleep number... it's not worth the money. Also: I was informed the mattress that was suggested to me was for heavy people and that's why the mattress isn't breaking in, and probably never will. Make your decisons for yourself.
View on GoogleReally appreciate the candid and professional behavior and attitude of Charlotte Graves. She coached and guided me to what I thought I needed rather than try to just press the sale. Bryan her co-worker worked well the play off that and tease me with my shopping. I appreciated the whole back and forth between them. They seemed like a good pair of sales associates. The experience felt like a discussion amongst friends in contrast to people trying to make a sale. I enjoy good banter
