10/10 stars even though Google only allows for five! LaKesha and Mehdi are outstanding!! They work out of the VA Bristow and Dillingham stores and are exceptionally kind, professional, knowledgeable, excellent listeners, gracious, generous and truly cheerful givers to help customers get the best sleep possible! (Worth the run-on sentence!) I am physically unable to go into the store to buy a mattress and have been speaking with LaKesha on the phone for probably over a year! From my first call inquiring about certain mattresses until I made my final decision and purchased one the other day (yay!), she has been consistently patient, attentive and all of the above listed qualities! Enter Mehdi, who to my privilege, answered the phone one evening close to closing time…wow, I feel like a VIP, I feel heard, I feel truly taken care of. He not only listened to my questions and specific needs for a mattress, Mehdi was so professionally personable and held a genuine interest in helping me find the right mattress. He stayed on the phone with me past closing time! I will forever be grateful for the enormity of time both these representatives gave me. My health has been challenged and I desperately need sleep! Good, restorative sleep. They showed up for me!! A priceless way to do business…and life! There was another representative at the Dillingham store that I spoke with and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name… ‘she also was accommodating, professional, compassionate and after some research, quickly called me back when she said she would! Finding the right mattress is hard enough, but finding people who truly care and demonstrate the integrity they have in their work Is priceless!! I never once felt pressured in any regard of the sales process, and I reiterate, I absolutely felt heard and valued!! The team here spoke respectfully of one another and is top notch! This review is long so if you have made it this far, thank you for reading and I hope your experience at Mattress Firm is equally as stress free and wonderful! I’m looking forward to my mattress delivery next week and I am so thankful for the confidence I have in this purchase. LaKesha, Mehdi and your whole team…Thank you and God bless you!!

Great buying experience and delivery. Lots of beds to see and try out. Rene was a fantastic sales person. He listened to what I wanted and my sleep issues to help me choose a bed and base. My new bed is amazing and I wish I bought it a long time ago.
