Brandon has been especially helpful as I've learned about mattress construction, comfort, and care. As my initial choice was not as I hoped, he arranged for a trade of my recently purchased mattress for a firmer style. And, delivery could be as early as 2 days. I am very happy with the 3 staff members I worked with at the Brodie store and recommend this team without reservation.

Then, about 2 months after my initial purchase, I decided to swap the mattress I had initially chosen for one a bit softer & he remembered me and my family after all that time. View on GoogleFred was great! Helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy... The store had a good variety and we were able to lay on everything to test it out. It was clean and everyone was nice. We went Labor Day weekend and it was busy but not crazy. I think we got a good deal on a bed we're going to love, but it's great that we can try it out for up to 4 months with no risk if we end up not liking it.
