After spending way too much time researching mattresses online, I finally decided to go into Mattress Firm in Westlake and actually try some in person. Blake was fantastic. He really listened to what I was looking for and thoughtfully responded to everything I told him instead of trying to steer me toward whatever was easiest to sell. He was easy to talk to, felt more like talking with a knowledgeable friend than a salesperson, and there was never any pressure or pushback. What impressed me most was how hard he worked to find the right fit for both my needs and my budget. He went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted at a great price. I walked in completely overwhelmed by information overload and walked out feeling confident I’d made the right decision. Buying a mattress can be surprisingly stressful, but Blake made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking him out if you’re shopping for a mattress.
View on GoogleLauren was awesome! She was super friendly, patient, and really knows her stuff. I had a ton of questions, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was being sold to. She actually helped me figure out what I really needed instead of just pushing the most expensive thing. It’s rare to find someone that thorough and easy to work with. If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely go see Lauren at the Westlake Mattress Firm — she’ll take great care of you.
