I went to Mattress Firm in Apple Valley. Kai helped me and was awesome. I bluntly told him exactly what I needed, and he showed me exactly that. He worked with my budget and answered every question I had about the technology and materials of every mattress I tried. I’ll update if I have any delivery issues, but so far, it’s been a great experience! UPDATE: my mattresses were delivered by two wonderful gentlemen who got the queen bed all set and put the king mattress where I wanted (the frame wasn’t ready yet). They were kind and respectful of my home and of me. All around great experience.
View on GoogleVery pleasant experience with knowledge employees that answer any questions you have and guide you to find the perfect bed. The employee Bauddlio gave us a generous discount and truly made this whole experience way less overwhelming. Would recommend anyone needing a new mattress to the Cedar Ave Mattress Firm!!
View on GoogleI was greeted and helped by a man named John. John was so awesome!! He was able to get me a smoking deal ($160 and change w/tax) on a BRAND NEW -in the box hybrid memory foam full sized mattress…absolutely blew my mind! I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade a mattress!!
View on GoogleBauddlio was our sales representative at mattress firm in Apple valley. He was so knowledgeable and patient and could see our apprehension in buying the adjustable base. We already had a mattress that would work with it. What a great representative for your company. We really enjoyed talking with him and learning about the product from him. We are going to get it delivered on Monday in just 2 days and we are very excited about it. We had gone into the sleep number store down the street earlier and felt like it was a hard sell and they didn't really seen that knowledgeable. So this was a pleasant surprise walking into mattress firm. Thanks Bauddlio!!!! Hope I spelled his name right!
View on GoogleThe store was clean, presentable, & had a lot of different types of beds for display. Cole was very helpful, knowledgeable, & not pushy. The manager was the same and keeps his store well stocked. It was a very pleasant experience.
