Mattress Firm Butte

Kieffer was an absolute delight. He could help walk us through each brand and what we wanted to help us find the best mattress without having to test everything in the store. It was super helpful and we found a great fit!

My shopping experience was top notch. The sales rep from Great Falls, Chase was a delight to speak with. I gave him my sizes of width, length and depth. (60W, 80 L, at least 17H) that I needed for the bed I was shopping for. Chase had me try out as many mattresses I needed. I was honored to have received a military discount and purchased my mattress and box spring set. Seeing that I live in Deer Lodge, I had my son pick up my purchase. We set it up. Unfortunately, the box spring is 2 inches less in width than the mattress. This morning, I had expected it to have risen, but it did NOT.... Not even an inch.

Very comfortable when it came to sales. He was knowledgeable but not pushy. We went to check out mattresses at other places to compare and the prices and service here were much better.

No pressure sales. Highly knowledgeable and dedicated to serving the customer. Clean and organized store. If I were emporer, no salesperson would be allowed to enter the workforce until after they completed the Kieffer M. Program!

We were very impressed with the quality of service at Mattress Firm in Butte! Keifer did a great job, and we were pleased with the quality of their products. I recommend this business if you’re in the market for beds.
