Mattress Firm Kalispell

We went into Mattress Firm and were greeted by Taylor. He was very pleasant. What I liked the best about the experience. He did not pressure us into buying anything. He showed us options for us to select and answered questions. Today Mikah and Alex came and installed the bed. They were very pleasant, answered all my questions and showed me how to install the sheets the easiest way with options on a split king adjustable bed.

This is a wonderful store if you're looking for a new mattress. It's clean, not too cluttered, and overall a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I went in not really knowing what I was looking for, but one of the gentlemen working there helped me figure it out, and helped me with picking a mattress that fits within my budget. Even if there isn't a staff member to assist you, the firmness levels of the mattresses are very clearly marked, and easy to understand. I can't say anything about the prices because I'm not familiar with the regular prices for mattresses, but at the very least the prices seemed reasonable. I absolutely recommend this store if you're looking for a new mattress

Very Good customer service! Excellent product knowledge! Both sales associates were super friendly and helpful. Those things are hard to come by these days. The honesty and integrity is very much appreciated! Jay knew his product and did a great job communicating all the details. We didn’t really know what wanted. We had just come in to do some research. We wanted to see what brands were available, check prices and warranty options. We ended up buying and picking up just 2 days later! Job well done!

Enjoyed working with Steve. This was our second purchase of a bed in 3 months from Mattress Firm and we returned because we were treated so well the first time. Personable and knowledgeable sales people and fantastic delivery/install folks. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new bed or accessories.

Steve Dexter was so wonderful in helping us choose a new mattress. We didn’t know what we wanted and he was so helpful in directing us to the perfect mattress. I really appreciate the time he spent with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
