Mattress Firm Missoula

Sam was exceptionally informative and extremely well versed on his products. Like most, hadn’t bought a new mattress for ourselves in 10-15 years. Politely persistent, patient, easy to work with and handled the transaction fairly and professionally. Would ask for him directly…very talented.

Short review: This store offers a wide range of beds at different price points. Jim, the knowledgeable staff member, was a pleasure to work with. If you’re in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Jim. Real life Story and review: My previous mattress, an inexpensive Amazon purchase, served me well for nearly four years before its structural integrity began to fail. The support diminished significantly, particularly along the perimeter, creating a precarious slope that made sleeping near the edge feel unstable. The experience at Mattress Firm was exceptional thanks to Jim, whose extensive product knowledge made the selection process seamless. I secured a high-quality Tempur-Pedic queen mattress paired with an adjustable base at a competitive price point. The package conveniently included professional delivery and installation. I am highly satisfied with the service Jim provided and would recommend this location to anyone seeking a new sleep system.

My mattress is a sinkhole and I was in need of a new one for my health in a tighter budget. If you are looking for a place that listens to your questions and collaborates with you to find the best mattress in your needs and budget, this is the place. Sam is truly a wonderful human to interact with. He greets you with a warm welcome, is knowledgeable and honest, strong in listening, and really cares about finding what is right for you. He is personable in communication and authentic in engagement. I went with his business because of all these attributes and I knew I was in good hands. He made the experience fun and I'm confident in the new mattress that's coming. Here's to better health! Thanks MF of Missoula!

Jim was very knowledgeable in all the mattresses. Answered all our questions and had a good sense of humor. No pressure at all from Jim to buy. Ended up buying a great tempu pedic and sealy.

We had a great experience with Jim while choosing a new mattress. It’s sort of a big decision (and investment 😊) so his expertise (he knows everything about mattresses, even the ones he doesn’t sell), along with his great customer service was greatly appreciated. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for a new mattress!
