I was very happy with the support and help received recently when I bought a new frame and mattress. Ricky helped me get all my questions answered in a really timely way, and also anticipated others questions and concerns (very friendly and helpful and professional, he got me set up with a new mattress and frame that suited my exact situation). He was also very helpful when I telephoned later with a few follow-up questions after delivery. This overall experience made me confident I bought the right product and at the best place to get it. Ricky was pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this store for your next mattress purchase at a good price.

I had the pleasure of working with Ricky! I think he is the store manager, he was so professional and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and helped me to find a good quality mattress that also fit my budget. He was attentive and also willing to stay later on a holiday weekend so that i could find what I needed. Checkout was seamless as well, and he set up delivery in record time. Ricki greeted us at the door. He asked what kind of mattress we were looking for and for the next 45 minutes to an hour directed us to several mattresses for us to look at. He told us about the attributes of each. Ricki is a great salesman with a great attitude and takes the time with you, not rushing you. My wife and I will be back to see Ricki for our future mattress needs.
