Wanda was FANTASTIC. I went in, told her my mattress firmness level and she took me directly to a mattress that was both what I wanted AND for a great price. She was very patient with me and my bestie. She let us try the mattresses to ensure i was picking the best one for me. She also was very kind with my bestie trying all levels of soft mattresses. Overall, great experience. Happy I did a spur of the moment drop by.

Mattress firm was unbelievable. You don’t get service like this that often so it’s Memorable when you do. They take their time showing you the mattresses that they believe are the best for you. They are very educated in their products and lead you exactly to the ones you need.. it can get very confusing. Their main goal is to get you a good night sleep and I surely did..

We stopped in the Mattress Firm store after seeing their promotion for interest free payments. We were in need of a new king sized mattress. We were lucky that their sales representative, Wanda, was working that day. Wanda was who every sales representative should model! We laid down on no fewer than 30 mattresses, some several times. Wanda was patient with our indecisiveness and understood the importance of our purchase. She told us she knows how important sleep is! She answered every question we threw at her and was exceptionally knowledgeable of all the mattress brands and all the brands different mattresses. And there are a lot! We did make a choice, did the necessary paperwork, and then promptly changed our choice! Don’t ask! Wanda took it all in good stride, she wanted us to be happy! We’re all set for delivery of our new matress. Looking forward to having it. Cannot recommend this store and Wanda enough!!

Wanda was wonderful to work with. I was a repeat customer and knew what I wanted. That mattress was no longer available. She worked hard to find an acceptable replacement at a similar price point. Very easy to work with.
