Mattress Firm Carolina Forest Commons

Apprx. $1,300 (corrected - originally posted $2,000) mattress used for 2 months. Pillow top warped and sagging. Mattress is beginning to sag. We bought this mattress in August 2025 for our 2nd home and did not use until around January 01 of this year - approximately 2 months. MattressFirm told us to file a claim online. The claim was rejected saying normal wear and tear. The pillowtop is collapsed to one side - see pictures. This after apprx. 60 days of use. I am a medium built person. I would expect this with a $400 mattress, not a $1,300 mattress. BUYER BEWARE - QUESTIONABLE WARRANTY/GUARANTEE from MattressFirm / Serta. Mattress - Serta Perfect Sleeper Sleep Excellence medium pillowtop mattress. Purchased date - around August 9, 2025. First used - around January 1, 2026

Nancy the sales agent was warm, attentive and extremely patient. Her honesty and her non over bearing and non pushy tactics were a big breath of fresh air. Her integrity was overwhelming and welcome. Thanks to her my wife and I selected the best mattress to fit our needs. We spent more than we wanted but the overall deal was to good to pass up.

My salesperson Jorja was very professional and informative. She was friendly and patient, answering every question thoroughly to my satisfaction and understanding. She indulged my joking personality. We walked in at 7:15 pm, bought a mattress in 35 min. Jorja was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very happy with her service and highly recommend Mattress Firm on 501. Update: Our mattress was delivered promptly when they said they would and the two men used much care during delivery. They even wore boot covers over their shoes. Thank you!

That was the fastest and most convenient way to get a mattress ordered and delivered to me on the day that I wanted . I worked twelve hour shifts, and you made it so easy to get it delivered on a day that was convenient to me. I appreciate the great customer service!.You guys did a great job.
