My experience here will no doubt be the mattress experience I weigh against all my future mattress experiences for the rest of my life. I had already ordered a medium firm mattress from the Seminole Trail location and started having second thoughts before delivery day, thinking I should switch to a plush option given my sleeping position. As soon as I walked into this location, James went above and beyond to guide me through what I should be looking for in a mattress, then spent over an hour with me trying out different options to make sure I was picking the right one. He is hands down what "sleep experts" at any retail mattress establishment should strive to emulate. Also a shout-out to Banks, who mentioned he was newer but also helped me out early on, with James admirably taking the opportunity to loop in some training while they aided me. I've been sleeping on my new mattress for almost three weeks now, and the pain and discomfort I had grown so accustomed to has vanished with the option we picked out. I cannot recommend this location, and especially James' expertise, enough.
