Alvin is awesome! I had a million questions and he answered every one. He used my preferred sleeping positions to determine the options that best fit my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing the pros and cons of each product as well as sharing valuable customer feedback. He worked a lot of magic to get me a great price and stay within my budget. If you’re looking for the best night’s sleep of your life, find Alvin at Mattress Firm and he’ll make it happen!

Awesome experience, lots of choices, did not feel rushed or pressured, found a mattress my husband and I will both feel comfortable. Plus we got 0 interest. Alvin had great knowledge in the products and was able to explain the difference options offered. We will have our new mattress 3 days and we are pleased with that quick delivery option as well

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm - Short Pump. Alvin was very knowledgeable and helped me to identify the characteristics I needed in a mattress. He showed me a variety of options in different price points, and was patient as I processed the information and tried out different samples. Once I'd made a decision, he was very efficient completing the transaction and scheduling delivery. Throughout my time in the store, Alvin was very personable - even though I arrived frustrated and irritated by my earlier visit to a different mattress store. He was informative and friendly, showed me exactly what I needed, and overall transformed what had been an irritating chore into a really positive experience. Highly recommend. Thank you, Alvin!

James did a great job answering questions and helping us find the right mattress. Shipping directly to our son’s college apartment helped out a lot.

I stopped by this location recently hoping to try out a few mattresses. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy that same day or wait, but after talking to an associate named James and trying out a few mattresses, I decided to go ahead and get one that same day. James greeted me right away and asked me a few questions to get an idea as to what I was looking for. I explained to him that my current mattress is so uncomfortable and I'm constantly tossing and turning throughout the night. It basically felt like I could feel the slats on my bed. We tried three or four mattresses before I made a decision. James is very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and how they work, and I really appreciate that because it turns out I don't know squat about mattresses. Lol. He was even able to look at my past purchases and explain how my current mattress is much thinner, and what I'm likely feeling that's uncomfortable is the bottom layer of foam that's there for support. I was planning to buy the mattress and then have it delivered maybe in a couple of weeks because I have surgery coming up. James explained that I could have it delivered in a few days and the company would haul away my old mattress. I didn't realize they took care of your old mattress in addition to delivering the new one, so I decided to go ahead and get everything done this week. Thank you for the great service, James!
