Mattress Firm Chico

My sleep expert was Ivy and she did a great job with my mattress buying experience. She was very fast and very very friendly. I would give her a 10 out of 10 rating. I slept on the traditional mattress box spring bed (firm) for the first time and it was perfect. Great job team. Will definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

Ivy and Kristen were amazing, both incredibly down-to-earth, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about the mattresses they were selling. Great people to buy a mattress from honestly. They took the time to answer every question we had with openness and honesty, which I really appreciated. At no point did they feel pushy, they actually made the entire process comfortable and transparent. I especially valued how clearly they explained what to expect with warranties, so there were no surprises down the line. Their professionalism and transparency earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thanks again for your guy’s help!

Ryan was knowledgeable and eager to help us select a new mattress for our guest bedroom. Happy to make a returning visit when we’re ready for the next one. Thank you, Ryan! Give him a promotion?

Ryan was a cool person and very helpful. He gave me options and showed me what works best for me based on what I found comfortable. I ended up buying a mattress so I was very satisfied with the service

If anyone is interested in information, knowledge, experience & wonderful customer service, I would strongly recommend Mattress Firm. My husband & I learned so much about the importance of not just a good mattress but the health of a good nights sleep on a good mattress. Kristen truly showed her passion for helping to educate people so they can make the best decision that’s right for them. Thank you Kristen, you’ve got a heart of gold. PS We will be back for sure.
