Square Deal Mattress Factory & Upholstery

Jamie was our salesperson, and she was very pleasant, along with her sister, Jessica! We bought 3 new Imperial standard mattress sets for each bedroom, and we all love how comfortable they are to sleep on and how well they are made! They were on sale, and we got a reasonable price. The mattresses were delivered to us in only five days and the young delivery men were very friendly and did a good job. They even gave me time to do a quick clean after they removed the old mattresses. My only complaint was that they didn't get the word that they were supposed to deliver two mattress protectors instead of one, and I had called the company ahead of time and was told that it would be added to the delivery order. When I later talked to Jamie about it, she apologized and said she wasn't there when it happened, or it would have been taken care of. Unfortunately, the person I had talked to had dropped the ball. Otherwise, it seems to be a great company!

I really was just browsing for a softer mattress than, the Victoria model I purchased 9 years ago. The Churchill was exactly what I was looking for. Jamie was terrific. She processed my order quickly and even pro-rated my trade in. The delivery fellas were friendly and professional. From start to finish, my Square Deal experience was fantastic. Highly recommend.

1 billion percent the most authentically awesome mattress store in Northern California. They literally make the mattress on site. I feel lucky to live in a city that has Square Deal. I spent years researching mattresses, pocket coils, foams, latex trying to find a good brand. Consumer Reports helped, but I discovered that a custom mattress shop is by far the best option possible. Why? If you don't like the mattress, they can fix it/change it for you. Yes it can be expensive, on par with the big mattress companies, but you think Serta, Beautyrest, tempur-pedic will adjust your mattress to your custom needs? I can't recommend this place enough. We were so happy we bought a king and queen. They even delivered and hauled away our old mattress. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. I love this place.

Best mattress in Chico! We originally ordered The Black Buttes Luxe Firm Plush but after several months of waking up sore and stiff found it was not the best choice for us. Jamie and her team at Square Deal were all so helpful and after some adjustment we ended up with The Lassen Luxe Medium-Soft Plush! For our weight and size this bed is supportive & contouring in all the right places! Thank you Square Deal Mattress!

Amazing people here! We run a Non Profit Sober living house in Chico, and Jessica donated 2 mattress sets to the guys! We will only use them from now on for our home as well. They also had a great pricing on the other beds we purchased as well. Thank you!!
