Sleep Number

Terrible experience! Will never purchase or recommend SleepNumber anything! Totally misled about 100 night trial - told no financial risk if returned in 100 night trial. Actually cost us the $250 delivery fee and $250 return fee! So the “no risk 100 night trial” cost us $500! Sent us an i8 split bed that was incomplete, sunk in the middle and ended up being unfixable because the part required to keep the bed from sagging in the middle had been discontinued! They sent out a flat piece of foam that just made the bed too high in the middle… Could not be more disappointed!

I injured my back 2008 and after a year of dealing with it, I found sleep number. It really helped deal with the pain and since then I have bought two beds. I will never own another brand of bed after the success I have had since sleeping on a sleep number. The first bed I bought from them was the most expensive one they sell. It was good. The second time around I bought the step below the best one, and I think I like it better. Too much padding will rob you of the sleep number goodness. I think my most recent mattress was the i8 with the flex base and I love it. I am a forever sleep number customer

We already own a sleep number bed and slept good and comfortable. Now time has passed and now with health issues we needed to upgrade. We went into the sleep number store in Chico, Ca. Mary was great in helping me with choosing a bed. She explained how each of the beds work and what each offered to help with my health issues. The newer sleep numbers beds are excellent. We ended buying the Comfortnext Lux Ultra. I laid on the bed as Mary adjusted the bed trying different levels of softness to more firmer. Everything about this bed what it offered was the best. With lower back, L4 L5, SI joints and scoliosis. The Comfortnext Lux Ultra gave me was so wonderful that when I got off my back pain was gone. I felt good. The mattress is higher but Mary told us that the legs on the frames can be adjusted to make the frame lower. I have a small stool. Perfect if need. This bed was going home with us. My husband also loved it. If you have problems go to a Sleep Number Bed and tried the new comfort next bed. Love our store. I am 82 yrs old and now a great sleep.

Emily was a terrific salesperson who explained and demonstrated all the features of the Sleep Number bed…she had answers to all our questions, was pleasant and friendly and made the purchase easy. We look forward to receiving delivery soon and getting a good night’s sleep…thank you, Emily…and if you’re interested in purchasing a Sleep Number bed, see her for great service‼️👍🏻

Keegan was fantastic and spent so long with me going over each bed and sharing his expertise. I really appreciate his patience and kindness! Thank you for our new bed. We’re really excited!
