Mattress Firm Anaheim Hills Festival

I had done a little online research regarding mattresses before getting to the store so had an idea of what I wanted. The saleslady was very helpful in explaining different features. There was a sale at the time so, in addition to the mattress, I also bought a couple pillows and a mattress protector. It was a very efficient and productive process. The mattress hasn't been delivered yet so no photos to add to the review. The storefront looks small but they have about 50 mattresses available to try.

Sonny is a great salesman, so professional and knowledgable. He made the sale so easy, no pressure. He is great with customers. I never felt so safe at store. I was expecting uncomfortable pressure, not at all here. If u need mattress needs, i highly recommend this place

I had shopped a few other competitors prior to my sister telling me about her wonderful experience with Mattress Firm. I met Sonny, and the brotha was awesome. No pressure, no overwhelming pitches,, and no haggling. Sonny was smooth, to the point, and always on point. What I enjoyed most was that I never felt lead and directed. Whenever I asked a question, I received a straight answer.

First time here and definitely recommend this Anaheim Hills location. I received the best customer service from Vincent, a kind and personable human. He's very witty, helpful and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed & quickly provided me with options. Vincent made this the best bed buying experience I've ever had!! Stress free, swift and painless!

Had such a great experience at Mattress Firm in Anaheim Hills. Sonny helped us out and within about 15 minutes we felt like experts on mattresses thanks to him and his coworkers. We ended up buying the Purple mattress and couldn’t be happier. What I really appreciated was that there was never any pressure, just honest help. We’ve bought way too many mattresses blindly online (even from Costco) and that won’t be happening again. Super glad this store opened up thanks Sonny and team!
