Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

David, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the process smooth from start to finish. Despite the holiday weekend, he coordinated our delivery within just a few days — we were so impressed with the service. We absolutely love our new bed and will definitely be back for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Brent and David were awesome. They helped us and answered all of our questions. They are very informative, patient (it took us a while to pick the right mattress), and very fun to talk to. They made us feel welcome and I could tell they truly cared that we loved our mattress. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Brent and the others working in this store were amazing. No pressure at all it was a large purchase and more than we have ever spent on a mattress and frame. I loved that the mattress is adjustable but I think the best part will be sleeping 💤 🛌 10%cooler. We should be receiving it shortly and they honored the upcoming memorial day sale. Which was major! Everyone in this store(on bell by the Spencer’s Appliances) at arrowhead mall in front of Dillard by Bell road, was so very Attentive but not too much, gave us our space. Explained the difference of all the beds and the mechanism underneath how they worked with the pros and cons to your needs. We chose a split king and I loved that if I wanted I could choose a harder one or softer mattress. JUST like GOLDILOCKS❣️you chose the mattress and the mattress mechanism that supports your needs. This was a big plus and a great place to shop and I would go back again if I was in the marketplace for another new bed thank you, BRENT

We had the amazing experience to buy our Tempur-Pedic from Peter in Glendale. They don’t work on commission, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He saw how I laid on the bed and slept and knew what pillow works be best for me and was RIGHT! He answered ALL my husband’s questions and my husband asks a lot of questions. Then to make the experience even better I got a tempur puppy and named him Peter. I expressed that I was going through a tough time health wise and the puppy gave me great comfort …. That’s way beyond customer service Peter was empathetic and it was heart felt. He said we can call anytime if we have any further questions. Peter will be a part of my comfort story and we have an AMAZING Tempur-Pedic. Which we swear by… NOTHING COMPARES.

My experience with my recent visit was a pleasant visit. I was in need in seeking answers and the advice of the variations of options Tempur-Pedic has to offer. Mr.David G the store manager has been such an amazing host. David was very welcoming and was just a master at his craft and product, he guided me to what bed suited my needs and really listened to my problems! Overall Mr.David has provided a magnificent service to finding the new bed for myself! 10 out of 5 stars!
