GO IN THE STORE FIRST, DON’T SHOP ONLINE BY YOURSELF!!! Here’s why I say this. We went in the store and Wendy was super helpful! She heard our needs (my fiancé and I),we have back problems, we told her what we do for work, she knew exactly what we needed. They’re very knowledgeable not only on the type of mattress but the correct base/frame you need (I didn’t think the base made a difference, IT DOES!!) She was very patient as we navigate and tested our options. She made the purchase so easy, no pressure and when I was ready I was able to give her a call and she was there to assist us. I did purchase the incorrect bed at first, she also was very helpful with that situation! She helped us with the exchange and made it super easy for us! So grateful for her! We received our bed and wow! They have very great quality mattress and we are having the best sleep we’ve had in years!

I had an amazing experience at Brooklyn Bedding thanks to Wendy Keltie. She is a true Sleep Specialist! She showed us the entire range of mattresses and let us try everything without any pressure to close the sale. Wendy was very kind, explained everything clearly, and was honest about pricing, helping us find the best option for our budget and needs. We ended up getting the Aurora Luxe and couldn't be happier with the service. 10/10 stars for Wendy.

So informative and knowledgeable about what would be best for me and my husband as we are switching to a split king.
