I really enjoyed shopping for a mattress with Ashley. She was so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend her. Unfortunately the low profile box spring that I wanted wasn't what was ordered or delivered. Fortunately they could deliver the correct one the following day...That department was very accommodating. The delivery men were so nice too....both days.
View on GoogleCan't say enough how positive the customer service experience is at this location and the factory store in Maplewood. Genuinely nice sales people and knowledgeable about their products. Non-pushy sales tactics. We now have three beds from Original Mattress Factory (OMF) in the house and soon a fourth. I had back issues in the past from mattresses from much more expensive retailers. None since purchasing our first from OMF. USA built mattresses and USA built bedframes, built to last.
View on GoogleOutstanding customer service. Glenn was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, and he helped us choose a mattress that would work for both of us. We love our new mattress and are happy to once again have a double-sided mattress that can be flipped and will last more than a couple of years. We know the quality and craftsmanship are superb.
View on GoogleGlen was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with!! He was friendly and I felt zero pressure to purchase anything. I did end up buying a mattress and it's been amazing - lots of support and comfort. OMF products are high quality (made in the USA) and are very reasonably priced. I can't say that about the several other mattress brands that I've tried!
View on GoogleI really appreciate that I wasn't rushed at all. I took my time trying out every mattress to make sure I liked how it felt. No hard sales at all like some other stores. The mattress was delivered by very nice guys. Totally a positive purchase.
