The first time I was in the store, I was greeted by Jonetzy R. She was so Friendly and explained everything to me showed me the bed. Let me lay on it. I absolutely loved her great salesperson. Then we had Steven and Jose deliver the bed. They were very friendly made sure they put on their red slippers which I thought was absolutely amazing even when I told them they didn't have to! They cleaned up and made sure it was just right before they left. Great team you have!! Thank you, I was shopping here for an elderly person who couldn’t come. Gene Barber was the the purchaser:

I haven’t received my bed yet but my experience so far has been an easy one. Buying a bed is very personal and Samia guided us without pushing. Her knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated. When we left without making a purchase, to “think about it”’ I felt good about what might be our new bed. When I got home, I decided to take a nap and after five minutes lying in my old bed I realized that my back was starting to hurt. Today, three days later, I Stop back into mattress firm and asked if I could lay on the bed for a few minutes. I think I must’ve laid there over 15 minutes and my back did not even for a moment start to ache. Kathy was there and answered all my questions. I went home again, but couldn’t get the bed out of my mind. At 5:30 while cooking dinner, I brought it up to my husband again and he said go get it. I called the store. Kathy was still there and said she would wait for me. I did purchase the bed and she also assisted me in getting a new base upgraded from the one I already have, and new pillows. Both these ladies were absolutely wonderful to deal with. I can’t wait till Saturday when I get my new bed!

Before we went into the store, my husband gave me the speech about how mattress salesmen are like high-pressure used car salemen. Boy, was he surprised when we met Cathy! She was working with another customer but acknowledged us and let us know she would be with us shortly. She was very friendly and my husband was put at ease right away. She answered our questions, made recommendations based on our needs and demonstrated how the adjustable foundation/platforms worked. She also worked with us with regards to price as Mattress Firm was having their Black Friday sale.

Cathy was amazing! She was very patient and understanding. Her knowledge of the products helped make the right decision for my back condition. She is pleasant and never pushy. We will be back to purchase bedding items from that store.

Came in today 02/01/26 specifically to look at a ProAdapt Firm. Your website clearly lists them as clearance because they’re last year’s model, not floor models. The sales associate immediately snapped that she had no floor models. I calmly clarified—again—that I wasn’t asking for a floor model, just the prior-year version advertised online. She responded with a dirty look, an attitude, and a very condescending “well excuse me,” as if I’d somehow offended her by knowing what your own website says. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t confrontational. But her unnecessary attitude made the decision easy—we stood up and took our business elsewhere. You may want to reconsider who you have representing your store. Her behavior didn’t just lose you a sale—it ensured you won’t get one from us at all.
