Laura was so nice and took the time to explain all the different mattresses. She remembered me from a couple weeks ago. She really knew her stuff. I value her taking the time with her customers. That is something very important in trusting someone to make a big purchase. She is an amazing person and really was wonderful to work with. I knew I had tp go back and purchase a mattresses from her. I had such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm. You will not be disappointed.

I recently purchased a mattress with box spring at this Osceola Parkway location. Sleep Expert Wilfred was outstanding! His customer service skills are beyond reproach. He was extremely understanding of my intended purchase. Wilfred has an outstanding tact will making the customer feel supremely confident in their purchase.

A very, very good Mattress Firm Osceola Parkway store. The manager Wilfred is very attentive, helpful, and friendly. He shows empathy toward the customer and knows how to properly guide you through your purchase. I am very grateful and glad to have chosen the right place to buy my mattress. Likewise, the delivery staff is very attentive and diligent when making the delivery—thank you very much!

Your store representative Laura was very good. However the delivery of my mattress was terrible. I had a delivery window between 4:15 and 6:15 but now my delivery shows 8:30 pm. No communication whatsoever from the driver. And when I called the store and spoke to a different representative. I believe Wilfredo was the person I spoke to …he was of no help. Unacceptable to wait 2 hours outside ofmy delivery time. My time is valuable and this is very inconsiderate. The store should have a way to communicate to the driver and address issues.
