Laura was so nice and took the time to explain all the different mattresses. She remembered me from a couple weeks ago. She really knew her stuff. I value her taking the time with her customers. That is something very important in trusting someone to make a big purchase. She is an amazing person and really was wonderful to work with. I knew I had tp go back and purchase a mattresses from her. I had such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm. You will not be disappointed.

Your store representative Laura was very good. However the delivery of my mattress was terrible. I had a delivery window between 4:15 and 6:15 but now my delivery shows 8:30 pm. No communication whatsoever from the driver. And when I called the store and spoke to a different representative. I believe Wilfredo was the person I spoke to …he was of no help. Unacceptable to wait 2 hours outside ofmy delivery time. My time is valuable and this is very inconsiderate. The store should have a way to communicate to the driver and address issues.
