We had an excellent experience today with Luis. He spent time going through each option with us making notes of which ones we liked did not like and kind of guiding us on exploring options for maybe you didn’t think of before professional as well as understanding as we came with our five-year-old and the at went as expected 😂😂 Highly recommend rooms to go and working with Luis.

I visit the store in Kissimmee to see what they have and check prices and sales. I was greeted by Juan Rivera he was very friendly and he explain the features on the pieces i like. I end shopping a double recliner and a set of mattress. I’m very pleased the way he treat us and how smooth the experience. He was very professional and friendly, thank you Juan. Can’t wait to received my furniture soon.

I was warming greeted at the front door by Keith Moore.He asked what was i interested in i said bed room furniture. He then showed me to the section Everything was explained to my satisfaction I was comfortable while making a decision. He was friendly,well groomed and very knowledgeable and helped me make a reasonable decision.

We had a good experience at this Rooms To Go location overall. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted right away by an associate who was very friendly and helpful. We were shopping for a mattress, and he was able to help us find exactly what we needed without making the process feel overwhelming. He also arranged delivery for two days later, with the option for next-day delivery if we wanted it, which I really appreciated. Having flexible and fast delivery options made the purchase much more convenient. The associate clearly knew the store well and knew exactly where each mattress option was located. That ended up being really helpful because I did not love how spread out some of the mattress options were throughout the store. If we had been trying to shop without help, it probably would have been much more difficult to compare everything and find what we were looking for. The only other downside was that this location did not have any patio furniture available to see in person, which was disappointing. I do not like ordering things like patio furniture online without being able to try them first, especially because comfort, size, and quality can be hard to judge from pictures. Overall, the service was great, the associate was helpful, and the delivery options were convenient. I would recommend this location, especially if you are able to work with someone who can guide you through the store.

First and last purchase with Rooms to Go. We spent many hours trying to decide on the perfect couch and specifically came back to this store to give Juan the sale. He is a nice guy and helpful. Ultimately, however, we were sold an incorrect configuration of a couch and it has caused lots of frustration and difficulty. Trying to get a solution to make our incorrect couch work required a long day of back-and-forth phone calls. The manager David was unprofessional, putting the problem on me as a customer to go out of my way to figure out rather than offering multiple solutions or even showing empathy and remorse for them selling me an incorrect configuration. He ultimately agreed to order me a new cord after I explained that I am paying for a fully new couch with all the parts needed for it to work. The corporate customer service has the same issues. I was told twice I will be called back and days go by with no calls, forcing me to call them back if I want a resolution. They have no concern for the store's error, no empathy, and definitely not interested in making it right. I eventually asked for a PARTIAL refund of the delivery fee since I received a PARTIAL delivery. You would think I asked to get the couch for free! "I mean I can ask but I think all the upper management will not allow that." The girl put me on hold for many minutes as she contacted multiple managers to ask for a PARTIAL refund of the $90 delivery fee. So we're talking like $20. The third manager finally did grant a refund. As they should since we did not receive what we ordered! We had 2 other issues with the couch that they actually did resolve but I have had to call them back after multiple days instead of them following up as they said they would. Needless to say, it has been a very poor experience overall and we will not be back. If you choose to shop here you need to be VERY clear on what you are ordering and how it works. The "modular" and "flexible" couches are really not as flexible as advertised. Do not expect the employees to be knowledgeable or forthcoming on this...they just want to sell you a couch. And if you purchase an incorrect layout, they do not care.
