Mattress Firm Clearance Center Elmhurst

Ava and Gabriel Papa were incredibly helpful today! I was able to save a good amount of money but also find the mattress that’s perfect for my back. Highly recommend this store!

I came in to buy mattresses for my kids and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ava. She is AMAZING!! She asked my sons their sleeping positions and had them lay on a couple of mattresses she took an interest in their needs and what we were looking for. Her customer service skills are phenomenal she’s super knowledgeable on the products that she’s selling. I recommend this mattress firm and when you come to purchase your mattress make sure to ask for Ava so you can have a great experience and leave content with your purchase.

An absolutely fantastic experience with John! He patiently walked us through all of the options available and provided an amazing selection that I couldn’t turn down! Thank you John, he is an absolute asset to the company

Awesome mattress purchasing experience with Jonathan. Not my first time shopping for a mattress, expecting to find a mattress Salesperson and get frustrated but he was fantastic. Took the time to find me the right mattress at the right price and I walked out the door with it. Thank you!

After eight comfy years with my current mattress, purchased at the Buckhead, Atlanta Mattress Firm, I found myself in the market for a replacement in Queens, New York. After poring over reviews and blog posts, I discovered that the Serta iSeries model that I was interested in purchasing was available to test out at the Elmhurst Clearance Center. I’m so thankful for this happy little coincidence because my experience, from beginning to end, was otherworldly. First, Gabriel invited me to come visit the showroom and accommodated my busy schedule to show me the full range of Mattress Firm offerings in my price range. He patiently answered a host of truly absurd follow-up questions via email and was always thoughtful and concise. I never felt like I was being given a hard sales pitch and really enjoyed my time with Gabriel. From there, Musarat walked me through the features of each of the mattresses and bases on the Clearance Center floor. I had A LOT of questions about the different adjustable bases and each one was answered to my full satisfaction. Once I decided on a mattress and base, Musarat helped me through checkout and payment . It was as painless of a process as I’ve experienced for a big-ticket item! Just two days after my purchase, Luis’ team completed the delivery and installation of my new bedroom set. My old setup was removed swiftly, and the entire process took less than an hour to complete. I’ve soundly slept on my new mattress for the past six nights now, and I am beyond thrilled with my overall experience. If you’re in the market for a competitively priced mattress paired with top-notch, personalized service, the Mattress Firm Elmhurst Clearance Center should be your first stop!
