Mattress Firm Jackson Heights

Abel Hernandez provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. I went into the store looking specifically for a firm mattress, and he took the time to show me several options, including the Sealy Posturepedic Elite Albany II Firm Mattress. The first day I slept on this mattress, I truly felt the difference--it is firm enough to support your body, yet so comfortable and responsive that it adjusts to your shape. This is exactly what I needed for my lower back, and it has genuinely made a difference in how I feel. Abel never rushed us. On my second visit, I came back to compare the extra firm and the firm again, and he encouraged me to lie down on each mattress for a good amount of time--on my side, back, and stomach--so I could really feel the difference. He was very patient and transparent, clearly explaining the return and exchange policy: that we could return or exchange the mattress between 30 and 120 days after the purchase date, and that there is a $150 fee for exchanges. I appreciated that he didn't hide any details and made sure we understood everything. I purchased the mattress during Memorial Day weekend and was able to take advantage of a great deal, including a base and a pillow at special prices. The adjustable base has been a huge plus--when I'm watching TV, I can raise it to a comfortable seated position, which is fantastic. Since we spend roughly one-third of our lives sleeping, it really is worth investing in a good mattress that supports your body and back and helps promote better posture, and this purchase feels like exactly that. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and with my mattress. Abel's professionalism, honesty, and patience made the process easy and stress-free, and the Sealy Posturepedic Elite Albany II Firm Mattress has already improved my sleep and my back comfort.

Abel H. was our sales representative, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process of choosing the right mattress and base set. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase without ever feeling rushed or pressured. We had a great experience and highly recommend asking for Abel if you’re shopping for a mattress at the Jackson Heights location. Thank you, Abel, for the excellent service!

I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm in Jackson Heights back in September. The floor manager, Saul, was incredibly helpful and offered invaluable advice that I wouldn’t have known without his expertise. He also gave me a great discount. I ended up with a Beautyrest PressureSmart king-size mattress and am very satisfied. Highly recommend it!
