I had an amazing experience getting a mattress from Mattress Firm. I walked into the store knowing literally nothing about mattresses. Thomas was very patient with me and understood my price range. Thomas made me feel very comfortable and didn’t try to cross sell me on something over my budget. He showed me many different mattresses. He wasn’t satisfied until I fully understood exactly what I was looking for in a mattress.. He was very patient with me . I highly recommend this store, especially Thomas. Sudhir was excellent! Although the Farmingdale location was farther for us, it was well worth the trip. Not only did he remember us after more than a month had passed, but everything he had originally promised remained true. There’s a reason this man has won awards for excellent salesman ship. Immediately walking in me and my husband were greeted by Ed Russo. He helped me and my husband select the perfect mattress. He was very patient, informative, and helpful. He made our mattress buying experience wonderful and easy, from testing multiple mattresses to ensure that we see ourselves sleeping on the perfect mattress to ensuring we were satisfied and happy with our decision. Alex T. (the manager) is the most knowledgeable and professional salesman at Matress Firm or Sleepys I have ever met. We stopped in thinking we knew what we wanted, sat down with him he pointed to 2 beds, both of those beds were a fraction of the price of the bed we thought we wanted. Ending up going with the Stearns & Foster's Medium Pillow top on an adjustable base and my sleep has never been better.

Wow wow wow!! What a fantastic experience we had at this Mattress Firm! We were so lucky to get the manager Alex as our sales person. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really took his time to show us mattresses that fit our budget and must haves. He was so very nice and not pushy at all. We bought a mattress and walked away feeling 100% happy with our purchase. Buying a new mattress is tough as there are so many choices that it is dizzying. He guided us through the process and was so friendly and sweet. Alex is truly a shining star.. keep up the great work!!!
