Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We ordered the Everest reclining power sectional and really like the look of it in our space. Our salesperson Muhammad was very helpful and not your typical pushy follow you around type of person that I have encountered while shopping around for new furniture in the past. He let us look around and was there when we were ready to answer any questions. It’s all laid out for you and there are no hidden fees. The price is the price. It is easy to find something you like but affording it is another issue. He worked with us to make the purchase affordable with zero percent financing, because after all furniture can be a big purchase. My daughter and I looked around the store, sat in all the couches, I sat in instead of on because we like to sink in and watch movies at night so we wanted something perfect for that. We found the couch but waited, and went home and measured the space. This really helped me personalize and configure the sectional to our space vs. just what was on display in the store. I love that there are several pieces that can move around and that you can swap out a non power armless chair for a power armless chair or add an extra console where you want one. I was able to text him during the week or so while I was deciding if I had any questions before we finalized the order. We were able to build my shopping cart and have it all ready to go for when I was ready to place the order. He followed up to check on the delivery times and the delivery team was great. They allow you to track the delivery time updates with a link in email and they arrived within the scheduled time frame. They set everything up and were quick and clean and adjusted the couch to the exact spot I wanted it and exactly how far away from my window I wanted it. They cleaned up every trace of being there and did not leave any packing products behind. The couch itself was supposed to be a couple of weeks until delivery because of the exact custom configuration I ordered with extra pieces but pleasantly became available much sooner and was delivered with in less then two weeks. I really like the console feature with the hidden phone charger plugs and storage for the remotes and things that are usually out on a table. I like that this couch is a bit higher so it’s easier to get up from sitting position as our old couch was way too low. I think if I had purchased this same couch anywhere else it would have cost a LOT more. Bob’s has a goof proof warranty that is priced much more reasonably then other stores I’ve purchased from in the past and the delivery fee is also very reasonable. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews with photos to visualize the configuration I chose before finalizing my purchase and I feel confident that this was the way to go. I am hoping this couch will stay comfortable and in great condition for a long time as we do have pets in the home. I love that the warranty will include a pet issue. My husband is happy we went with the recliner sectional too. He can not get comfortable in a traditional couch. I complimented the new couch with a new area rug and the entire space looks completely refreshed. Thank you for helping us make our home feel cozy and comfortable again. The whole process was very stress free and I would purchase furniture for my den from here next. Another well know furniture store we’ve used many times before has gotten way too out of control with their prices. I am really happy we came here. A few other family members have purchased furniture from here before and any issues they have ever had were resolved immediately so I know their customer service is also great, which is a huge relief that you don’t just buy the furniture then are on your own.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at Bob’s Furniture yesterday! Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He truly took the time to help us find pieces that fit our vision for our new home. Kevin, the manager, was also a huge help and made the experience even better with his professionalism and customer service. Honestly, this was the best service we’ve ever received at a furniture store. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and enjoyable. I went into Bob's in Farmingdale with my husband and 2 young children and had a very pleasant experience. Victor was our salesperson and he was very nice. He introduced himself and let us look around. He was not pushy at all and when we had questions, he was knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered our new sectional and it was delivered days later, no issues at all. Thank you Bob's!

We had a great experience at Bob's. We went just to look because we are moving to Ohio and we wanted to see what they had available. We were greeted by Fior. She was very pleasant and we were excited to know that we could purchase our furniture at this store and can have it delivered from the Ohio location. Fior was very informative and helped us make the right choices for our new furniture. We were very glad we stopped by.

On Monday 11/17/2025 I received my order for the furniture.The process was fast and quick.My son was home to watch it he had no complaints, but when I got home I noticed that a cushion was missing. I Immediately call to notify. But the contact I called informed me that I had to contact the store, because they were from the warranty. I have called different numbers but I have not been able to communicate!
