Found Mark in America's Mattress by accident, and I cannot really understand this... But it felt like we were supposed to cross paths. He listened attentively to what I wanted, explained exactly what would help, and he walked me directly to what I needed. I cannot believe I walked away grateful for such a purchase, but it makes sense now: Mark cares about his customers' well-being. He wants you to be happy and comfortable and healthy. Best experience I have ever had as a customer in any atmosphere. There was no pushiness; there was no tricks. You spend so much time of your life on a mattress... And I can't thank him enough for taking that time of mine so seriously and with such respect.

It was so nice to be able to sleep on a real bed my first night in New York without needing to go to a store or wait for delivery. We needed a bed and adjustable base same day due to a problem with another supplier. Mark and crew were able to deliver and setup the bed the same day for a fair price. They were on time and were nice to work with. I would definitely call them again.

This is my 2nd time purchasing a bed here and I would highly recommend. I needed a frame as well and Mark who is the nicest guy worked so hard to help me find the right one to match my headboard and love it. He also personally came to my house to set it up for me! By my own fault my headboard was the wrong size but he made it work. Great customer service, quality products at a reasonable price what more could you ask for.
