Mattress Firm Morrisville

I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and had an outstanding experience thanks to Lynwood Ebron. Lynwood is, hands down, the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. He walked me through every model in the store with incredible patience and zero pressure, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the features and differences across brands and mattress styles. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—his comparisons and analogies made it easy to understand what I was feeling and why certain options were better fits than others. Lynwood made the entire process smooth, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. He’s officially my go-to Sleep Expert for all future mattress and pillow purchases!

Went in for a guest room queen bed and Lynwood our sleep expert showed us the best deals in the store and let us linger on the beds to make the right choice. Gave us options and pros and cons. Highly recommend.

Bishop Lamont was incredible in receiving our family. He welcomed my wife and I, with warmth! He not only rolled out the red carpet. He treated us like family! It was our first time meeting him, but going through the process, we could see how genuine he is, so it made the process seamless and there were no nerves involved; which could have been the case. His knowledge of all the products is impeccable! He walked us through the process and explained our options in easy to understand, detail! He was also patient, while we thought things through and discussed our options. We had to leave and return with our children, so that they could make some determinations and choices. Nothing changed! He was amazing!!!! Lynwood played the background, but stepped in when necessary and was very helpful to us as well!!! On scale of 1-10, they get an easy 1,000!!!! Gentlemen, your service is very much appreciated!!!! I highly recommend this business!!! If any of you are in need of bedding products, this should be your first and last, stop!!!! Can't say enough about how excellent the guys are!!!! The best!!!

Lynwood was very helpful assisting my 94 year old mother choose a new mattress. He helped her narrow down the many choices and made the process quick and easy. I would recommend Mattress Firm. Lynwood was a pleasure to work with.

Great experience at this location, we never felt we were being “steered toward” (or pressured to buy) a more expensive mattress. Lamont was awesome, he was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, and asked about individual needs (hip/back pain, firm/soft preference, budget etc) before making recommendations based on our answers. As a result, we only had to try out two mattresses and bought the second one because it was a perfect fit. Five-star customer-focused service, would recommend this location
