I walked into the store and they didn't even acknowledge I was in the store. I spent 10 minutes testing mattresses and walked out still with no one talking or looking at me. Sigh! They lost a king bed sale today.

From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Jay took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a mattress that is not only amazingly comfortable but also perfectly within my budget. I especially appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure during the process. Even while I took my time trying out different options, he remained patient, friendly, and professional. Francisco was great from start to finish! He helped my mom find the perfect firm mattress and helped me find the most amazing pillow top mattress. He really listened and gave us lots of options. If you need a mattress at a great price, look no further! I highly recommend 🌟

Avoid this place at all costs. After my first purchase from this store priced at $3k for a queen mattress. I was disappointed when the springs failed after only a few years of use. After dealing with them for a while they gave me store credit, I should have just walked away from this store. But I gave them another chance, I purchased a more expensive model a Tempur-pedic mattress back in October 2025. Fast forward to now the mattress is full of mold, after talking to one of the sales reps there. He informed me that this often happens if the warehouse sprung a leak and the mattress gets wet. They were going to replace it, they even brought a new mattress to my house. But once I informed them that I wanted a refund not an exchange everything changed. All of a sudden it was all my fault. The district manager Cynthia Morales, started to look for excuses asking me if the mattress protector I had on it was from them because suddenly they couldn't find the receipt. Now I have a moldy mattress sitting in my garage which now they refuse to pick up. I'm out a good amount of money and no mattress. I will be contacting " 7 on your side" which they have dealt with this company before for the same thing, a moldy mattress and a Tempur-pedic at that. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for the second time, I had to do that the first mattress, or they would have just ignored me. This has caused me a lot of health issues as well as my girlfriend who has asthma. I just want them to make this right, and refund me the money that I spent on this mattress.
