Romie was my Salesman and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I had a last minute change to my order and he fixed everything! I can rest easy knowing that everything is on the way, and the correct mattress topper is enroute. Huge thanks again Romie!
View on GoogleI am very happy with my experience with MattressFirm. There were many choices and I was not rushed. Robin was very understanding and helpful. I love my new mattress.
View on GoogleOn Saturday August 2nd, 2025, I wondered into the Alameda Mattress Firm store to find a cooling mattress topper. I ended up remembering how my body aches when I wake and I started looking at new mattress’s. Mr . Brown, the store manager greeted me with a smile and he never stopped assisting me until I was completely satisfied with the Black Beauty plush mattress. I’ve always wanted one but never had a chance to buy one because of the price.Mr Brown, the store manager went above and beyond to make my mattress dreams come true! I laid on several other mattress types, but the Beauty Plush mattress was awesome! Now its being delivered in two weeks. He searched all avenues for me to make my purchase a reality and it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this store and the customer service was impeccable!!!! Thank you and I am looking forward to my new top of the line mattress!!‼️‼️💯❤️
View on GoogleJay at Alameda’s Mattress firm knows how to make a customer feel at home. Jay brightly greeted us and informed us of the available pillows. And let us explore the store on our own and was happy to help answer any questions. Excited to have these new pillows!
View on GoogleWent to the Alameda store. Had a great salesman, Russell. He helped my sister and I figure out what I was looking for in a new bed. It had to be low to the ground (I am short!) so I could actually get in it. I went with the Elite Adjustable base with all the bells and whistles, including a tablet remote. I was planning on getting a foam mattress from IKEA because it’s cheap and not so thick, and I don’t care for springs in a mattress. Then I saw that they carried Purple mattresses! So that’s what I chose. I got the older Prime model as it has less depth/thickness. Russell threw in a free pillow! It was delivered and installed the next day by an awesome delivery team out of Livermore. The Purple mattresses came rolled up and it’s still re-inflating. Also, the smell of off-gassing is not so bad until you get very close to the mattress. The only thing I didn’t care for is they still haven’t sent me an email receipt. I’ll call to make sure that they have my correct email.
