Everything about our experience with Mattress Firm in Pleasanton was exceptional! Vincent, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, asked questions about our sleep habits, and guided us to choose the mattress and adjustable base that was perfect for us, without ever trying to upsell us. Less than 24 hours later, it was delivered and installed, again by a very professional 2-man crew. In less than 20 minutes after they’d arrived, they had removed our old mattress and box springs, installed the adjustable base and the new mattress, and trained us in its use. We’ve been a customer for 30 years! We keep coming back! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Marcos. He was extremely personable, easy to talk to, and really took the time to help us find the right beds without making us feel pressured. We ended up purchasing two beds and Marcos worked hard to get us an excellent deal that we were genuinely happy with. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to what we needed. If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely ask for Marcos. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Absolute clown show. Came in to buy a mattress b/c the one we bought there previously had spring issues. Guy in the store let's us know its still under warranty. Great! Has us buy the new one and says as soon as the warranty gets approved, come in and we'll pay off the new loan with the credit. Easy as that. Except, no, when the warranty gets approved, I call to get it sorted and the manager says we cant do that. Then proceeds to tell me he spoke with the sales guy and the MoD that day, and they said they explained to us that if we did it that way this is what would happen. Like my wife and I would have chose to do that, knowing that if we did, we would have to have set up the new bed frame, get the bed delivered, then have them come return the mattress and bed frame and deliver a new frame for me to set up and then they would deliver the new mattress. Regional manager has to get involved, there's multiple additional delivery issues and total wastes of my time because between the store, the warehouse, and the delivery company, no one seems to be able communicate basic instructions. Final delivery comes... and they bring the complete wrong sets of sheets. Of the 6 sets they were supposed to bring. They show up with 5, 3 of which are wrong. This all started in late February, early March... IM STILL WAITING to get the correct sheets in June. I get wanting to make a sale, but that need from the sales guy, combined with the dishonesty and the following clown show of ineptitude, created the absolute worst shopping/customer service I've ever experienced. 🤡 show

What a wonderful place to buy a bed. We have been here twice now and both times we have received amazing customer service. Vincent was very patient and listened to our needs and made great suggestions as far as what beds would work best for our situation. You can bet that we will be back again to buy our next bed purchase. You have a customer for life.

Marcos, our sales expert was very sweet salesman when we were buying mattresses however the sweet tone and attitude towards customer completely changed when we went back for exchange. He was rude, apathetic and not very supportive of our request. It was also hard to catch hold of him whenever we called in to request return/exchange as he was either on vacation or not working those days.
