Mancini's Sleepworld Alameda

We had such an amazing experience working with Chesiree. With over 10 years of experience, she truly knows her stuff when it comes to mattresses, sleep habits, and what works best for different kinds of sleepers. From the moment we met her, she was warm, down-to-earth, and incredibly relatable — the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable right away. She took the time to really listen to my needs and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Instead of just pointing us to something expensive, she helped us find the right mattress for our bodies and budget. Her knowledge and honesty made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to her, we finally found a bed that has completely changed the way I sleep — no more tossing, turning, or waking up sore! Delivery was fast, setup was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who’s experienced, genuine, and actually cares about helping you sleep better, we highly recommend asking for Chesiree. She’s truly one of a kind

Khalil was extremely helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He helped us pick the mattress that was best suited for us and made our experience delightful. We weren’t even planning on buying a mattress today but Khalil was so friendly and helpful that we knew we wanted to buy here!

Chesiree at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Alameda Southshore was knowledgeable, helpful, and was a pleasure to work with! My son needed a new bed and we weren’t sure what to get. Chesiree helped us narrow our search to a non toxic organic mattress with an adjustable frame that would enable my son to lift his head and feet. After seeing that, we decided to get one for ourselves as well since we are getting older. Thank you for all you guidance Chesiree! The experience was easy and we are very happy with our purchase!

Khalil was friendly, real, and worked with me through multiple options with patience and clever ideas. He even gave me a pair of readers (I am always looking for my glasses)! Great service.

Associate Khalil Nazihi, was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. He was also very friendly and assured me I walked out of the store having made the best decision/purchase. Highly recommend this location. Purchased 3 mattresses for family members from this store in the last year. Always had a great experience.
