It was our first time going to Mattress Firm and we had a great experience! Xavier helped us and was so knowledgeable. He helped us make a decision pretty quickly. Our kiddos were with us, and he was very kind and patient.

As soon as I walked through the door Xavier greeted me, asked what kind of mattresses I prefer, and showed me several options to try and explained how Mattress Firm Clearance works. ( super great deals!) I chose my mattress and he did everything else. He found the closest one for in person pick up, told me where to go, and how to complete the process. He even wrote down the directions for me to make it easier. He made the process a complete breeze and I’m so thankful he was my sales person. Bonus points, he let my 3 year old be involved and if you know you know. That made my 3 year old behave for the majority of the process. If you go in, ask for him and he is sure to take care of you.

He also informed me that if it doesn’t work for me I have a window for a return, which I think is great, but hopefully it works for me! Overall, he knows his stuff and listens to the customer’s needs which is very, very important to me. I’d recommend this location to anyone.
