I received excellent advice and service during my recent purchase. I liked being able to actually test the exact model and size I purchased and was assured with a replacement guarantee if I was not 100 percent satisfied. The pricing was below my expectations and the delivery service was an added benefit for me that was included at no extra charge. Thank you for an excellent experience.
View on GoogleWent in to purchase new pillows and was given amazing service. Brandon helped us find the perfect pillows for our needs and even met competitor pricing giving us the best deal. This is our second purchase from Mattress Firm and will be back for future purchases.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience thanks to Ben. He asked the right questions, helped us talk through what we each wanted, and understood what wasn’t working with our current setup. Ben guided us through the options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we tried the mattresses that actually fit our needs. He even took the time to walk us through all available discounts so we could get the best possible price. Highly recommend working with Ben if you’re shopping for a new mattress!
View on GoogleCame here looking for a new mattress. Originally was just going to browse what they had and then shop around online but ending up buying one that day! Joe Vargas was amazing and so helpful when showing us different mattresses in the style we were looking for. He also made sure to show us ones that would help relieve our troublesome areas when it came to painful sleep. And he wasn't pushy or overbearing when it came to trying to make the sale. He let us take our time to decide and showed different options for frames and the different benefits for each one. He also showed us our options when it came to financing options and carefully explained each one to help chose the best one for our budget. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
View on GoogleMe and my wife were looking for a new mattress because ours was just not cutting it anymore. Our experience here was awesome! Make sure you find Joe when you need a new mattress! Super helpful, willing to help in any way he can! Probably the best part is nobody pressured us to make a purchase. They simply wanted us to find out which bed would work for us and let us decide. Overall if I ever need a mattress in tri cities again im calling Joe!
