Andreea was absolutely wonderful. She took over an hour to answer all of my questions with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. She educated me thoroughly about different mattress types and helped me understand what would truly suit my body and sleep needs — even knowing I might not purchase that day. She went above and beyond by directing me to other stores and options, which made it clear her priority was helping me, not just making a sale. That level of integrity and professionalism is rare. In the end, her guidance helped me confidently choose a Purple mattress because of its food-grade GelFlex Grid, which works well for both back and side sleepers. Thank you, Andreea, for your patience, expertise, and genuine care. You made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and supportive.

Me and my partner were NOT intending to buy a bed . We were just seeing what kind of bed we might want. Not only did we purchase a new bed but we also got new pillows, sheets, pillow cases, mattresses protector, and a new bed frame. Everything was chosen according to our comfort. We got two different sized pillows. Sheets are stretchy how we like and the mattress protector is cooling. Chris saved us over $1000 on our purchase and we also got two 10 year warranty’s for $200. Additionally we got Free installation and removal of our old bed. Best mattress store and best sales man. He also offered us free refreshments during the purchasing process. Would 1000000% go there again.

We bought a new bed from Chris today. He was very professional and had answers to our questions. It was a very pleasant experience and Chris is so accommodating. Great salesman! I’d buy from him again if the need arrives.

The mattress is fine, however, the delivery team gave me a flyer saying I would be receiving a questionnaire concerning the delivery of my mattress, which I assume would lead to some sort of bonus for the delivery team if I rated them high. This stand alone delivery questionnaire never came. When I called the store to ask about it, I was told the questionnaire would be sent to me. I did receive a questionnaire regarding the mattress but with no mention of the delivery and set up. In my opinion this is mattress firm's way of not giving the delivery team their just reward for doing a great job. I cannot support a company that would treat their team members in this way, so I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by Matress Firm management. When I explained my issue to the gentleman, he agreed this was a problem that needed to be corrected and promised to do so. His response came very soon after l left the review. He apologized and seemed sincere. I believe Matress Firm has corrected the issue, so I am changing the original rating I gave of one star to four stars.

Andrea at Mattress Firm was so incredibly helpful, as my husband and I were hunting to replace our mattress. She took the time to show us multiple models, ensured that all of our questions and concerns were addressed, and just made the whole experience enjoyable and painless! Thank you!
