Youssef was very helpful in picking and understanding the different mattresses available. Not rushed and felt the customer service. He also explained the pricing very well and made sure there was no confusion. Very happy with the whole experience. Recommend going with him for help on a mattress Richland wa location
View on GoogleVance was great. He took the time to help us find our most comfortable mattress option within our budget. No high pressure. He was very knowledgeable. Fun fact…he sold me my mattress 9 years ago!
View on GoogleHad a great experience at the Richland Mattress Firm working with Vance. He was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything without making the process feel rushed or pushy. He helped us find the right adjustable base setup while also working out a really solid deal. The whole process from purchase to scheduling delivery was smooth and straightforward. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find what works best for them instead of just trying to make a sale. Definitely appreciate the excellent customer service and would recommend asking for Vance if you stop by.
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic -LuxeBreeze Firm Mattress from Mattress Firm on Tapteal Drive in Richland, WA. There are a lot of Mattress Firm locations and mattress stores in general, but this is the one to go to. It was our second Tempur-Pedic mattress (first purchased years ago) so we knew generally what we were looking for. Our first impression of the store was that it was modern, clean and had a lot of mattresses to try out. Then we met Vance who is extremely welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions and educate us on all the changes to the mattress line since we purchased our first one (and loved it). Vance didn’t pressure us, didn’t try to steer us into something we didn’t want or need. He just made the process easy and comfortable. We love our new bed, and should we need another mattress anytime soon we will most certainly go see Vance at Mattress Firm on Tapteal in Richland. You should too.
View on GoogleWe were cheerfully welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Our sleep expert, Tina, was amazingly helpful and patient with us until we knew we had made the right decision for our new bed. The other sleep expert, Jennifer, also assisted us with some questions we had. They worked as a perfect team to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Amazing gals and amazing customer service!
