Steve listened to what I was looking for in terms of size, comfort, and price. He patiently showed me good options, Including ones that were a better price because they were on sale. He was able to find me another discount, too.Checking out and setting up delivery was easy. When I got home, I realized that the box springs were also in bad shape. This was actually a possibility that Steve told me to be aware of. I called the store and Bruce was very helpful in getting me set up for box springs that would go with the twin mattresses that I bought. I had two deliveries, due to two different orders, and both came at the specified time frame, and the teams worked very quickly, but also carefully.

Dean, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses, materials, preferences and comparisons. I didn’t feel pressured into buying on the spot, but felt respected that I needed time to think and also do my own research on the mattresses. I was able to contact Dean when I was ready without having to drive to the store, a big convenience for me. All in all a very good experience with a personable and patient salesperson.
