She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever attempting to upsell us on anything we didn’t request. My purchase of a mattress and platform went really well. Two ladies were there. One woman whose name I didn't get was a former worker for another furniture store. I had shopped there a few months ago. She was able to tell me the charges for delivery, setup and hauling away old bed. Which helped me decide that shopping local was definitely a better deal. However, the lady that ended up showing me the different mattresses was Krystal. She was very helpful and answered my questions and watched me lay and bounce on several mattresses. Showed me all the perks of each mattress and platforms. I already knew what I wanted, which helped. The process was easy and fairly quick. We made the arrangements for delivery and I am very excited about a new bed. Krystal was great and the other lady was also. I felt very well taken care of.
