Mattress Firm Tyndall Parkway

They were very patient and knowledgeable, great zero percent interest financing, and not pushy. They understood we wanted to check their competition in the area so we could make an informed decision. Prices were very comparable at other stores but less opportunities to finance. When we came back, both Ryder and Caleb were appreciative. The regional manager even showed his appreciation for our business.

Working with Chris was a Top shelf experience. Knowledgeable about how body works with the mattress. Had a variety of displays of mattress. But when it came to an availability they can’t deliver until 3 weeks out from the day I purchase it. The place has Mattress in its name. He offered to check to see what’s was in stock. But after checking all the other ones out that was the one.

The employee working was named Caleb and he was the best part of my purchase. Thanks again Caleb, if I could give you more stars I would!

My wife and I visited the Mattress Firm on Tyndall Parkway last night and were greeted with a very knowledgeable and customer oriented representative by the name of Ryder. Ryder took his time to explain each mattress and base in great detail and the differences in how their components work together. He also explained all the advantages with the warranties, setup and financing that would come with a purchase from Mattress Firm. With his help and professionalism, we selected Temperpedic both mattress and base. We are very excited to receive our purchase and should we have the need for another purchase we should hope that someone of Mr. Ryder's calibur is there that will be just as courteous, professional and upbeat to help us.

Highly recommend! Caleb is an outstanding sleep specialist, and he went above and beyond to inquire about our pillow preferences as well as answer all of our questions, while maintaining a very professional and polite manner. The store itself is very clean and neatly organized. We would definitely shop here with Caleb again.
