Gavin was an excellent salesman. He showed me the various mattresses in the showroom allowing me ample time to test each one in different sleep positions. While traveling through the showroom from bed to bed , he listened to my sleep “ story” and eventually found the perfect fit. He was also an excellent educator about the various mattresses. I feel very confident that I found the right mattress for me through the patient teaching and listening of Gavin.

My experience choosing a bed was beyond my expectations! I was not rushed or pressured, and I had time to try several combinations of mattresses and bases. They were so comfortable! I had a lot of questions, and the salesperson answered each one with patience and professionalism. He helped me choose a bed that suits my specific needs. I can hardly wait until my bed is delivered in a couple of days. I may want to stay in it 24/7!

Excellent customer service. Gavin explained the different types of mattresses and allowed me to test the two I was interested in. No pressure to buy. I need up buying 2 mattresses instead of the one I came for. Excellent sakes b prices and warranty. Highly recommend this store.

I am especially appreciative of his handling the removal of the beds and frames that were replaced. It was a true pleasure to work with him. We are enjoying our new beds and accessories. The pillows are amazing too!
